My Pocket Psych: The Psychology of the Workplace

Jun 20, 2019

Welcome to another episode of 'My Pocket Psych', where this time Richard and Pilar discuss the topic of 'soft skills'.

Richard indicates his dislike (!!) of the term, they look at different ways of understanding skills at work and how technical and interpersonal skills often intersect.

We also take a look at just how productive 2019 has been for us so far, discuss our last 'Personal Development at Work' meet up in London and look once again at the impact of sleep disturbance.
