Welcome to the first in a series of episodes focusing on Psychological Flexibility.
 
We call it ‘PsychFlex in Action’ and it will include discussions about all aspects of psychological flexibility, interviews with academics and practitioners who are experts in this space, and advice on how you can weave the principles into your daily life. 
 
In this first episode, we look at the concept of values and their relevance to getting clarity on what matters in life. We also have an interview with Ross McIntosh, presenter of the ‘People Soup’ podcast, who describes his career journey to date, as well as how he trains professionals in the skills of psych flex.
